+Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from the Stripe customer portal at any time — your PRO benefits stay active until the end of the current billing period, then you drop back to Free automatically.

+How does the 7-day free trial work?

Start a trial and you won't be charged for 7 days. Your card is verified at signup but only charged on day 8. Cancel before day 8 and you pay nothing.

+What changes after the trial?

On day 8 the first invoice runs at the cycle and currency you selected (RM 40/mo, RM 480/yr, $10/mo, or $199/yr). You keep all PRO features uninterrupted.

+Why MYR vs USD pricing?

TCGHub is operated from Malaysia, so MYR is our home currency. We offer USD for international members who prefer their card to be charged in dollars — pick whichever you like, both unlock identical features.

+Are subscription payments refundable?

Per our Terms, subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started. If something goes wrong, email support@tcghubs.com and we will make it right.
